All our “per person” prices are based on double room occupancy.

Cancellation and reduction of services and events

• Up to 180 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the entire reservation or part thereof may be cancelled free of charge.

• Between 179 and 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 60% of the number of participants and/or the reserved services may be cancelled free of charge. Any cancellation beyond this will automatically be subject to the payment of a lump-sum fee equal to 100% of the cancelled amount. This reduction may under no circumstances be combined with previous or future reductions.

• Between 89 and 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 40% of the number of participants and/or the reserved services may be cancelled free of charge. Any cancellation beyond this will automatically be subject to the payment of a lump-sum fee equal to 100% of the cancelled amount. This reduction may under no circumstances be combined with previous or future reductions.

• Between 59 and 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 30% of the number of participants and/or the reserved services may be cancelled free of charge. Any cancellation beyond this will automatically be subject to the payment of a lump-sum fee equal to 100% of the cancelled amount. This reduction may under no circumstances be combined with previous or future reductions.

• Between 29 and 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 20% of the number of participants and/or the reserved services may be cancelled free of charge. Any cancellation beyond this will automatically be subject to the payment of a lump-sum fee equal to 100% of the cancelled amount. This reduction may under no circumstances be combined with previous or future reductions.

• Between 14 and 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 5% of the number of participants and/or the reserved services may be cancelled free of charge. Any cancellation beyond this will automatically be subject to the payment of a lump-sum fee equal to 100% of the cancelled amount. This reduction may under no circumstances be combined with previous or future reductions.

• Within the 3 working days prior to the scheduled arrival date, any cancellation will automatically be subject to the payment of a lump-sum fee equal to 100% of the cancelled amount relating to the number of participants and/or the reserved services.

Cancellation and reduction of accommodation

• Up to 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the entire reservation or part thereof may be cancelled free of charge.

• Between 89 and 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 30% of the number of rooms per night may be cancelled free of charge. Any cancellation beyond this will automatically be subject to the payment of a lump-sum fee equal to 100% of the cancelled amount. This reduction may under no circumstances be combined with previous or future reductions.

• Between 59 and 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 20% of the number of rooms per night may be cancelled free of charge. Any cancellation beyond this will automatically be subject to the payment of a lump-sum fee equal to 100% of the cancelled amount. This reduction may under no circumstances be combined with previous or future reductions.

• Between 29 and 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 10% of the number of rooms per night may be cancelled free of charge. Any cancellation beyond this will automatically be subject to the payment of a lump-sum fee equal to 100% of the cancelled amount. This reduction may under no circumstances be combined with previous or future reductions.

• Within the 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, any cancellation will automatically be subject to the payment of a lump-sum fee equal to 100% of the cancelled amount.
