Arrival

We ask you and your guests to present a valid ID at the time of check-in. At check-in, all hotel guests must be 18 years or older. Children under 18 must spend the night under the supervision of their parents.

Warranty

The reservation is guaranteed until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please contact the hotel reception.

Food and drinks

Enjoy the terrace by the Meuse in our brewery "The W", open every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. On the 10th floor, our Sky-Bar welcomes you from Thursday to Saturday from 6 p.m. for cocktails, finger food and exceptional views. Reserve here.

Parking

The hotel has an underground parking lot where charging stations for your electric car are also available, as well as an outdoor parking lot.
